라이브러리 다운로드 파일

JYE SOUNDS는 제공하는 라이브러리 음원을 동영상, 게임, 방송, 광고 등 상업적·비상업적 창작물의 구성요소로 사용할 수 있도록 제공합니다. 자르기, 반복, 음량·피치 조절 등 편집을 허용하며 출처 표기는 권장 사항입니다.

라이브러리 파일의 제한

라이브러리 파일 자체를 단독 음원이나 스톡 라이브러리로 재판매·재배포하거나 제3자 음원 사이트에 그대로 등록하는 행위는 허용하지 않습니다. 공유 음원을 독점 소유한 것처럼 Content ID 또는 권리 관리 시스템에 등록해 다른 이용자에게 클레임을 제기하지 마세요. 이 조건은 CC0 표기가 아닌 JYE SOUNDS의 자체 이용조건입니다.

BGM·SFX 제작 도구의 출력

브라우저 도구에서 합성·녹음한 오디오를 동영상, 게임, 방송 등 상업적·비상업적 창작물에 무료로 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 이용 안내는 도구의 소스 코드나 사이트 디자인을 재배포할 권한을 부여하는 것은 아닙니다.

플랫폼의 자동 매칭

사용 허용과 제3자 플랫폼의 자동 판정은 별개입니다. 잘못된 등록이나 자동 매칭으로 클레임이 발생할 수 있으며, 플랫폼 수익 창출이나 클레임 부재를 보증하지 않습니다. 외부에서 추가한 음원·샘플은 해당 권리자의 이용조건도 확인해 주세요.

권리 확인 및 신고

라이선스 문의나 권리 침해 신고는 음원 이름, 파일 주소, 관련 플랫폼 주소 및 확인 자료를 포함해 [email protected]으로 보내 주세요. 운영자는 확인 가능한 자료를 검토해 안내합니다.

Downloaded library files

JYE SOUNDS makes its library audio available as part of commercial and noncommercial creative projects, including videos, games, broadcasts and advertisements. Trimming, looping, volume adjustment and pitch editing are permitted. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

Library restrictions

Do not resell or redistribute library files as standalone audio or stock libraries, or upload the original files to other sound libraries. Do not register shared audio as exclusively owned in Content ID or other rights-management systems to make claims against other users. These are JYE SOUNDS use conditions, not a CC0 dedication.

BGM and SFX tool output

Audio synthesized or recorded with the browser tools can be used free of charge in commercial and noncommercial videos, games and broadcasts. This permission does not grant a right to redistribute the tools’ source code or website design.

Platform matching

Permission to use audio is separate from a platform’s automated decisions. Incorrect registrations or automated matches can still produce claims. Claim-free use and platform monetization are not guaranteed. Check separate permissions for any outside samples or music that you add.

Rights inquiries

Send the sound name, file URL, relevant platform URL and supporting materials to [email protected] for license questions or infringement reports. The operator will review available materials and respond.
